Job Title: Welder (Ticketed or Apprentice)

About Us:

Agriculture welding and machine shop providing high-quality fabrication, repairs, and custom solutions for surrounding agricultural communities. looking to add a ticketed or apprentice welder to our shop.

Position Overview:

Seeking a ticketed welder or apprentice welder. Willing to provide training for right candidate. Prior welding/fabrication experience preferred. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, knowledgeable with agriculture equipment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform welding and fabrication on agricultural equipment and custom projects.
- Operate various welding methods (MIG, stick, ect) in shop or off site.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements.
- Work with machinists and fabricators to complete customer jobs.
- Operate shop equipment effectively ( saw, sheer, punch, press, roller)





Qualifications:

- Journeyman welder, 2nd–4th year apprentice, or candidates with welding experience.
- Experience with agriculture or farm equipment preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a welding or fabrication shop is an asset.
- Safety-conscious and able to work independently or as part of a team.
