Job Type: Part-Time (20 to 30 hours/week to start, expanding quickly to 40+ hours/week as install volume grows)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day Shifts)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, dependable Installation Helper / Trade Apprentice to join our team immediately.

In this role, you will work directly with our Director of Operations and Master Installers. You will handle job-site logistics, site setup, material staging, and cleanup while learning high-level installation techniques. This is an incredible ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the skilled trades, work with clean equipment, and grow into a full-time lead role with a scaling local business.

What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)

- Site Setup & Cleanup: Lay down floor protection and runners before work begins. Keep active job sites clean throughout the day (vacuuming interior work areas, sweeping, picking up debris and screws from lawns).
- Installation Support: Assist lead installers with lifting, staging, and installing heavy custom window units, patio doors, and entry systems.
- Logistics & Material Transport: Drive the dedicated company service truck (GMC 1500 + Dump Trailer) to pick up custom window/door orders from suppliers, deliver materials to job sites,



execute local dump runs, and organize scrap metal.
- Field Marketing & Site Prep: Place professional company lawn signs at active job sites, distribute neighborhood door hangers in client areas, and assist with site prep and measurements.

What We Are Looking For

- Valid Driver’s License Required: Must possess a valid, clean driver's license (G-Class) and feel completely comfortable driving a full-size pickup truck with a utility/dump trailer attached.
- Physically Fit & Strong: Ability to consistently lift and carry 75+ lbs (heavy glass, custom entry doors, ladders, and demolition debris) alongside lead installers.
- Reliable & Flexible: You show up on time every single day with a great attitude, ready to work and grow your hours as our schedule expands.
- Professional Demeanor: Clean-cut appearance, polite, and comfortable working around homeowners.
- Basic Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with basic power tools and a tape measure is an asset, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn matter most!
