Royal Collection Trust in Windsor is seeking a capable Visitor Services Manager to lead the front-line team and ensure an exceptional visitor experience across Windsor Castle and Frogmore House, with occasional travel to London.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, including customer care, tours, access and security, manage budgets, staff for events, and develop staff through coaching and development, aligning with the Visitor Services Strategy.
