Candidates must have at least one year of experience, as well as a strong work ethic and the ability to visualize wiring layouts. This position includes a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Wire control panels according to customer drawings
- Connect and terminate wires for electrical devices
- Raise design issues to management when needed
- Conduct continuity and wire pull tests for functionality
- Address and correct issues found during inspections Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months wiring experience
- Experience with power tools and wiring setups
- Eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
