Become the driving force for change at West Moberly First Nations as their Director of Operations. This position offers an opportunity to influence various departments while building community relations. As the Director of Operations, you will partner with Council to strategize and implement key initiatives aimed at enhancing WMFN’s operations.

Your role will involve community engagement and establishing vital partnerships that amplify WMFN’s mission. Your leadership will set the tone for a cohesive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with department managers on strategic plans
- Foster community relations and member engagement
- Oversee daily operations and compliance with protocols
- Develop program budgets and annual work plans
- Mentor and inspire staff, promoting a robust work culture Requirements:
- 5-10 years in management within public service contexts
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Successful history of leading teams and managing budgets
- Robust communication skills and project management proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and knowledge of First Nations practices Lead with purpose and make a significant impact at WMFN as the Director of Operations.
