The Outreach Housing Coordinator supports individuals and families experiencing complex needs connected to housing instability to improve sustainable access to housing, safety, and food security. They build relationships through trust and respect and ensure that all actions taken are delivered through a housing-first and trauma-informed perspective.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working with the complex needs of people experiencing homelessness
- 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in the field of human service delivery
- Experience working with Indigenous communities and cultures
- 2-3 years of case management experience is preferred
- Knowledge of the Child Welfare system, Trauma Inform ed Care,
and Family Violence would be an asset
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong record-keeping ability and basic computer skills
- Effective communication and organizational abilities
- Crisis intervention skills
- Cultural awareness and respect for women and children of various backgrounds
