Insight Global is seeking a Workplace Technology Support Lead to support a leading retailer in Vancouver. This individual will own the administration and optimization of workplace technology platforms, including Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, RingCentral, and other collaboration tools. The role is responsible for leading Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, supporting end users, improving service delivery, and driving technology initiatives that enhance productivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, RingCentral, Jira, and Confluence.
- Lead major incidents, root cause analysis, problem management, and change management activities.
- Oversee service desk operations, escalations, and end-user support.
- Develop user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content.
- Manage vendor relationships, hardware/software inventory, and technology lifecycle processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and technology adoption across the business.





Required Skills & Experience

- 5 years supporting desktop, network, cloud, and collaboration technologies.
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, security policies, and access management.
- Experience supporting and administering:

----Microsoft 365 (Office 365)

----Azure

----SharePoint Online

----OneDrive

----Entra ID (Azure AD)

----RingCentral (or similar)

----Jira / Confluence

----LMS (Decebo)

- Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build strong relationships across the business.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), network security, firewalls, and access management.
