Estate Foreman / Working Property Manager

Location: Montreal, QC / Montebello, QC

Compensation: Up to $90,000 Base Salary, Performance Bonuses, Company Vehicle & Gas

About Us Y Estates is seeking a hands‑on Estate Foreman to oversee the maintenance, operations, and improvement of a portfolio of private estate properties, including waterfront, farm, and residential properties. This is an active leadership role for someone who enjoys managing projects, and leading by example.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance of multiple estate properties.
- Perform hands‑on landscaping, maintenance, repairs, and general property upkeep.
- Lead and manage the on‑site maintenance crew.
- Coordinate renovation and construction projects.
- Schedule and supervise contractors for specialized trades when required.




- Ensure all properties, buildings, and grounds are maintained to a high standard.
- Prioritize maintenance projects, source materials, and coordinate ongoing
- improvements.

Required Skills and Knowledge

- Experience in construction, property maintenance, landscaping, or general contracting.
- Previous experience leading crews or working as a foreman or site supervisor.
- Comfortable performing physical, hands‑on work daily.
- Robust project coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while working independently.
- Valid driver’s license.
