Wood's Homes is seeking four full-time or part time Youth & Family Counsellors who will play a vital role in empowering youth ages 6-17 facing emotional and social challenges.
In the Wheatland Program, you will engage in case management and therapeutic support alongside a dedicated team, ensuring a nurturing and safe setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead therapeutic case management for clients and families
- Create a supportive and structured therapeutic environment
- Teach essential daily life skills to youth
- Collaborate on individual care plans and goals
- Manage crisis situations professionally and effectively Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certification required
- Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation
- Degree in Social Sciences or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
