The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for fitness centre operations working along side with other members of the leadership team.

Details below Generate sales via lead generation, network marketing and marketing efforts Take advantage of making sales via memberships, retail,



private training or instructor training Plan and implement promotional events in the community Ensure membership dues are UpToDate Supervise newer sales representatives Maintain an orderly fitness environment which suits the brand Other duties as assigned by Manager Requirements: Minimum of 1-year managing a fitness center OR 2 years in sales management in retail or service sales Excellent interpersonal skills | confident | energetic | friendly Health and wellness advocate Sales hunter who does not easily give up Strong leadership skills if successful, the position will transition into sales management within the following year Enjoys using social media marketing to help with sales Double vaccinated on Covid preferred The position pays a salary plus uncapped commissions based on fitness centres net revenue and number of memberships per month.

Historical total income of other Fitness Sales Managers per year is between $75k to $85k per year.
