Job requirements High school diploma (DES) or recognized equivalent (AENS, TENS).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in truck driving within the last 10 years.

Valid Class 1 drivers license.

Driving record with 4 demerit points or fewer (SAAQ).

Vocational diploma (DEP) in truck transportation (an asset; prior learning recognition possible).

Required enrollment in a bachelors degree in vocational education (with partial recognition of prior learning possible).

Excellent knowledge of transportation regulations..

Strong communication, teaching, and group management skills.

Proficiency with digital tools (an asset).

Leadership, patience, and ability to transfer knowledge effectively.
