IT Director Are you an IT leader who enjoys combining strategic vision with hands-on involvement? Our client, a well-established Quebec-based group with nearly 350 employees, is seeking its next IT Director.
In this key role reporting directly to senior management, you will lead a passionate team (ERP analysts, technicians, and a developer) while managing external partners.
You will spearhead the digital transformationincluding ERP evolution, user service optimization, and cybersecuritywithin an agile and stimulating workplace.

Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the performance of local IT infrastructure Driving the technology roadmap, including the modernization of ERP and operational systems (using Agile methodology) Managing external service providers Managing budgets and analyzing IT projects Implementing best-practice security policies and procedures Fostering collaboration, supporting change management, and developing a multidisciplinary team Qualifications Minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive IT experience, including solid experience in team and project management.
Experience in the manufacturing, industrial, or retail sectors.
Excellent understanding of infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud environments, and ERP systems.
College diploma (DEC) or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Programming experience (an asset).
Excellent communicator, solution-oriented, with unifying leadership skills.
