As a Construction Manager at Frontier-Kemper, you will assist the Project Manager, manage budgets, and communicate with subcontractors and vendors. Your expertise in Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) operations, especially with EPB & Mixshield TBMs, will be crucial. Work to enhance project efficiency while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate efforts of all project stakeholders, including contractors
• Monitor construction activities and hold regular status meetings
• Assist with project budgets to minimize exposure and risk




• Ensure effective procurement and proposal development
• Integrate recent technology to improve operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 10+ years TBM experience, particularly with EPB & Mixshield TBMs
• Hands-on experience with Herrenknecht equipment
• 5+ years as Project Manager or Construction Manager
• Preferred OSHA 30 or MSHA certifications
