This role involves collaboration with the Infrastructure Project Management Team to ensure effective project planning and administration. You will contribute to project documentation, monitor progress, and assist with coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support project planning, scheduling, and administration activities
• Coordinate shop, site, subcontractor and supplier activities
• Maintain project documentation including drawings and meeting minutes




• Conduct site visits for measurements and information gathering
• Assist with procurement and tracking of project commitments

Requirements:
• 1+ year of project coordination experience
• Diploma in Construction Management or Engineering
• Knowledge of financial procedures is an asset
• Familiarity with contract administration preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
