Avalon Health Clinic is seeking Family Physicians to join our founding team as we prepare to open a current integrated primary care and multidisciplinary clinic in Greater Victoria.

This is an opportunity to build a longitudinal patient panel in a collaborative environment where physicians work alongside Nurse Practitioners, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counsellors, kinesiologists, and other allied health professionals, all under one roof.

What you'll do:

Provide comprehensive longitudinal primary care to an attached patient panel

Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions across the lifespan

Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary clinical team

Refer seamlessly to in-house allied health and rehabilitation services

Help shape the systems, workflows, and culture of a brand-new clinic

What we offer:

Physician overhead ranging from 15% to 27.5%, depending on billings and level of clinical support

Qualifications:

MD with registration (or eligibility) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
