Reporting to the ERP Manager, this role involves understanding user needs and recommending system enhancements. You'll collaborate closely with technical teams for implementing solutions, automations, and optimizations leveraging Dynamics 365 F&O.; Your efforts will help drive SNDL's digital transformation and business objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to assess and optimize business processes
• Collaborate on workflow automation and system integration initiatives
• Document functional designs and business requirements accurately




• Own key ERP processes to ensure effective solutions
• Conduct training for end users and support teams

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst, 3+ with Dynamics 365 F&O;
• Manufacturing and supply chain experience in Dynamics 365 F&O;
• Solid analytical skills with a customer service focus
• Knowledge of SOX compliance methodology
• Effective communication skills in team settings
