Catamount is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multifamily construction projects. You will be responsible for maintaining budgetary controls while facilitating stakeholder meetings and documenting project updates. Your role is pivotal in negotiating contracts and supporting the project superintendent’s schedule while building relationships with all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain detailed project documentation and logs
• Negotiate purchasing plans during the buyout process
• Facilitate meetings for Owners, Architects, and Contractors
• Submit owner pay applications accurately and timely
• Approve subcontractor invoices and change orders
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in general contracting
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences or equivalent
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Procore
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and support project teams effectively
