As a Health and Safety Analyst or Senior Analyst, you will support the implementation of the HESA management system across all sites. Your focus will be on hazard identification, compliance with safety regulations, and developing training programs. This position requires a strong understanding of Canadian manufacturing safety standards and the ability to work autonomously in a agile setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, assess, and control workplace hazards
• Implement and update HESA procedures
• Analyze safety trends and monitoring results
• Assist in HESA training development
• Participate in HESA audits and committee meetings
Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Canadian safety standards
• OHS certifications (CRSP, CSP, CIH) preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
