- Own comprehensive quality strategies from test design to UAT

- Develop and enhance automated test suites using ATF
- Investigate and report on quality issues and test outcomesRequirements:
- 3–5 years in QA/Testing, with a focus on ServiceNow
- Direct experience in ServiceNow ATF for effective testing
- Demonstrated skills in testing ITSM and CSM modules
- Exceptional communication to engage with various stakeholders
