Our client is looking for a proactive Hospitality Assistant to join their team in Calgary, Alberta.

This role supports the daily operation of hospitality services by maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchens, meeting rooms, and shared spaces.

The ideal candidate is dependable, service-oriented, and proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and presentation in hospitality kitchens, lunchrooms, meeting rooms, and shared office spaces.

Set up and reset boardrooms with water, refreshments, and required supplies.

Wash and store dishes using the on-site dishwasher.

Restock kitchens, visitor areas, and meeting spaces with supplies.

Monitor shared spaces and address spills, clutter, and inventory needs proactively.

Provide light reception and hospitality support as required.

Clear and reset meeting rooms to support ongoing bookings.

Respond to changing priorities and provide coverage across hospitality areas.
