Three Cedars MD seeks a Family Practitioner to work with a team of family doctors and other health providers to collectively deliver care to patients in the Sidney and Saanich area.

Three Cedars MD is a family practice clinic with additional integrated health care professions.

It offers team-based care, a commitment to flexibility and a balanced lifestyle for doctors, a passion for quality improvement, and a diverse rural type practice.

The clinic is minutes from an urban centre, and there are opportunities to work at the nearby Sannich Peninsula Hospital for in-patient care, ER, extended or palliative care, and OR assist.

In this service contract position, the family physician will participate as a member of an inter-qualified team that will include other FPs, MOAs, RNs, social workers and behavioral health consultants.

The family physician will participate in an after-hours call group (approximately 1 week in 5, decreasing as other practices join the network), sharing after-hours coverage with other physicians, at the clinic and its network of associated clinics.
