Day (D2D) Lead handson design and delivery of AI agents, automation workflows, and reporting solutions Build and maintain automations using Power Automate, Share

Point workflows, and lowcode tools Design and deploy AI agents to support business processes (prompting, orchestration, integrations) Develop dashboards and analytics in Power BI; write SQL to support reporting and automation Assess existing AI, automation, and analytics tools and consolidate into a standardized approach Partner with business, IT, data, and security teams to identify and deliver AI/automation use cases Establish and apply AI security, governance, and responsible AI guardrails Troubleshoot, remediate, or replace underperforming AI and automation solutions Create documentation, workflows, and knowledge transfer materials Provide shortterm, focused support on AI strategy, governance, or readiness initiatives Must

Have Qualifications Robust handson experience with Power Automate , Power BI , and Share





Point automation Experience developing and deploying AI agents or intelligent automation solutions Solid SQL skills for data analysis, reporting, and automation triggers Experience with AI/automation tooling , orchestration frameworks, or small language models Ability to design and implement AI security, governance, and compliance frameworks Proven ability to evaluate, consolidate, and standardize multiple tools or frameworks Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills Experience working directly with business and technical stakeholders Ability to balance strategy with execution in a handson role Niceto
