Your role: You will be the main link between drivers, clients, and internal teams.

Your objective: to guarantee punctual, safe, and efficient transportation service.

Your responsibilities: Plan routes and assign trips according to priorities Track trips in real time via a geolocation system Manage unforeseen events and Adjust plans quickly Communicate clearly with drivers Maintain up-to-date delivery files and reports Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal policies Desired Profile: AEC or DEC in Transportation Logistics or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience in dispatching or logistics Bilingualism (French/English) Excellent stress and priority management Proficiency in computer tools (dispatching software, GPS, Excel) Rigorous, skilled, and organized
