Nous sommes la recherche d''un(e) technicien(ne) de service aroportuaire pour assurer l''entretien de notre systme automatis de manutention du fret l''Aroport international Montral

Trudeau .

Le poste comprend des tches de dpannage mcanique, lectrique ainsi que des interventions sur les automates programmables (PLC) et les logiciels de contrle (la formation sur les logiciels sera fournie).

Le systme est exploit 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7 ; le titulaire devra donc tre disponible pour travailler selon un horaire rotatif comprenant les soirs, les nuits et les fins de semaine.

Les principales responsabilits seront exerces l''Aroport international Montral

Trudeau.

Responsabilits Effectuer la maintenance prventive planifie, notamment le nettoyage, la lubrification, l''inspection des composantes (capteurs, moteurs, courroies d''entranement, etc.) ainsi que la rparation ou le remplacement des pices, au besoin.

Rpondre aux pannes lorsqu''elles surviennent, effectuer la maintenance corrective et rtablir le fonctionnement du systme dans les meilleurs dlais.

Comprendre le fonctionnement du systme et diagnostiquer efficacement les problmes afin de soutenir l''quipe des oprations du client.

Remplir les bons de travail et rdiger des rapports dtaills sur les interventions effectues.

Communiquer avec le centre d''assistance technique de l''entreprise, situ en Allemagne et disponible 24 h/24, en anglais.

Au besoin, participer l''installation de nouveaux projets ou effectuer des travaux de maintenance sur d''autres systmes de manutention de matriel ailleurs au Canada.

Sant et scurit Le titulaire est responsable de sa propre scurit ainsi que de celle des personnes pouvant tre affectes par son travail, notamment en: Compltant toute la formation obligatoire en sant, scurit et environnement (SSE/HSE).

Participant aux activits lies la sant et la scurit, notamment les enqutes sur les incidents, les audits et les valuations.

Signalant toute situation pouvant entraner un accident ou une blessure et en interrompant les travaux lorsque ncessaire.

Exigences obligatoires Formation en gnie ou dans un domaine technique pertinent.

Minimum de quatre (4) annes d''exprience en entretien de systmes industriels ou mcaniques.

Excellentes aptitudes en rsolution de problmes et capacit travailler de faon autonome.

Bonne matrise de l''anglais, tant l''oral qu'' l''crit.





Bonne matrise du franais, l''oral et l''crit, afin de communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les quipes sur le site.

Aucun antcdent judiciaire et volont de se soumettre une vrification des antcdents, puisqu''une autorisation de scurit aroportuaire (RAIC ou quivalent) est requise.

Atouts Qualification reconnue au Qubec comme lectricien industriel, lectromcanicien ou mcanicien industriel (millwright).

Exprience en automatisation industrielle, en systmes de contrle et en automates programmables (PLC).

Connaissances des systmes automatiss de manutention de matriel.

Une exprience avec les systmes automatiss de stationnement constitue un atout, sans tre essentielle.

We are seeking an Airport Service Technician to maintain our automated cargo handling system at Montral-Trudeau International Airport.

The position includes mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, as well as interventions on programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and control software (software training will be provided).

The system operates 24/7; therefore, the successful candidate must be available to work a rotating schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends.

The primary responsibilities will be based at Montral-Trudeau International Airport.

Responsibilities Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of components (sensors, motors, drive belts, etc.), as well as repair or replacement of parts as needed.

Respond to malfunctions as they occur, perform corrective maintenance, and restore system operation as quickly as possible.





Understand system operation and effectively diagnose problems to support the client''s operations team.

Complete work orders and write detailed reports on interventions performed.

Contact the company''s technical support center, located in Germany and available 24/7 in English.

As required, participate in the installation of new projects or perform maintenance on other material handling systems elsewhere in Canada.

Mandatory Requirements Engineering background with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the maintenance of industrial and/or mechanical systems.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

French language proficiency is strongly preferred to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and airport personnel.

No criminal record and willingness to undergo a background check, as a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) or other airport security clearance may be required to access the system.

Additional Requirements The following Quebec qualifications will be considered an asset: Licence C Corporation des matres lectriciens du Qubec (CMEQ) or qualification as an industrial electrician recognized in Quebec.

Certificate of Qualification (Millwright / Industrial Mechanic) issued or recognized in Quebec (Emploi-Qubec / applicable authority).

Technical expertise related to automation and industrial control systems.

Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation.

Knowledge of automated cargo handling systems or automated parking systems is considered an asset, but is not essential.
