We are currently looking for a 310T Apprentice to join our team.

This role offers handson experience across heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors, with mentorship from experienced technicians and exposure to a wide range of diagnostic and repair tasks.

Work Arrangement: Full

Time, Fully Onsite, Monday to Friday, day shift depending on production needs.

This is handson assembly work in a busy manufacturing environment.

Compensation: This is a hourly position paying $24-$36/hr depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including Extended Health Care, Dental, and RRSP contributions.

Overtime is available for those who want it.

Learn more about what we do: allequiprepair.ca and platinumtrailersmfg.com The Role: As a 310T Apprentice, youll support the repair and maintenance of heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors.

Youll perform inspections, diagnostics, and general repairs while learning from experienced technicians.

Youll also help maintain shop organization and support additional duties as needed.

In a typical week, youll move between preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair tasks,



and shop upkeep gaining experience across a wide range of equipment.

Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance on heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors.

Update and maintain work orders paper and computerized.

Perform inspections, diagnostic tests, troubleshooting, and general repairs.

Maintain an orderly and clean shop.

Support additional shop duties and maintenance as assigned.

As you progress through your apprenticeship, youll take on more complex work, build confidence in troubleshooting, and develop the full skill set required of a licensed 310T Technician.

Qualifications & Experience: Currently living in Canada. 310T Apprentice.

Dedicated and reliable.

Able to function well in a physically demanding environment.

Willing to work extra hours when required (customers depend on their trucks being back on the road).

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Strong organizational abilities prioritization, multitasking, timelines, and time management.

Able to set personal timelines and selfmanage work to stay on schedule.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Physically capable of working in a fastpaced shop workplace.

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Detailoriented with a qualityfirst mindset.

Commitment to safe work practices and proper PPE use.

Education & Certifications: Currently enrolled for a 310T Apprentice is an asset.
