Qualifications: Licensed tradesperson or working towards license (i.e. electrician, plumber, industrial maintenance mechanic, HVAC mechanic, etc.) is required Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field Experience working in a large centreor facilitysuch as a school, recreational centre, or hospitalwould be an asset.

Must be able to work in an unpredictable & changing environment Must be able to multi-task Experience in electrical, carpentry/painting, plumbing, heating and air conditioning required Must have positive verbal and written communications skills and be able to communicate to all levels.

Must be self-starting, inwardly motivated and a proactive individual.

Needs to be able to work productively within a team with minimal supervision.

This position will require rotating shift work This position requires good visual acuity and some lifting and bending.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
