Job Description The client is seeking a senior business analyst capable of quickly integrating into large-scale projects within the savings ecosystem, in a context of energetic projects and multiple interdependencies.

The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor (documented analyses, process modeling, performance indicator tracking) with strong communication skills (facilitating workshops, simplifying complex concepts, creating visuals).

The recurring terms (simplification, optimization, product roadmap, stakeholders) indicate a business-oriented role rather than a technical one, working closely with Product Owners, Business Architecture consultants, and business partners.

Knowledge of the savings, retirement, or life insurance sector is essential for the expected integration speed, although the client considers it an asset.

This role should not be confused with a project manager, a purely systems-focused functional analyst, or an analyst without experience in large-scale projects.

Requirement Minimum 5 years of relevant business analysis experience Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
