In this role, you will: Provide a consistently warm, friendly,



and professional experience for all guests and team members.

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, following hotel credit and cash handling policies.

Create, modify, and cancel reservations accurately as required.

Greet and manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Communicate and coordinate effectively with all hotel departments to support smooth operations.

Maintain front desk operations, including telephones, daily sell rates, and logbooks.

Review daily emails and logs and complete assigned checklists and tasks each shift.

Balance and prepare shift paperwork in accordance with hotel standards.

Assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, local attractions, directions, and in-house events.

What You Bring to the Table High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent; At least 1 year of guest service and/or housekeeping experience; Flexible working hours; Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors.

Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.

Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards; Ability to follow instruction.
