Based Overview We are seeking an experienced Interior Demolition Subcontractor to support ongoing multiresidential apartment renovation projects in the Cornwall area.

This role is ideal for a reliable, safetyfocused contractor specializing in efficient, clean, and controlled interior demolition within residential buildings.

All work is assigned using a preapproved pricing structure no quoting or estimating required with consistent biweekly payments .

Scope of Work The subcontractor will perform interior demolition services for apartment turnovers and renovation projects, including but not limited to: Full and partial interior demolition of apartment units Removal of drywall, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and nonloadbearing walls Kitchen and bathroom stripouts Safe removal of materials while protecting structural elements Debris handling, sorting, and proper disposal Site preparation for subsequent trades Coordination with site supervisors and other subcontractors Maintaining clean and organized work areas Ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations Pricing & Payment Structure (Important) All work is completed using a preapproved,
