What youll do: The Ag Admin Clerk is responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service, maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
Receive customers, answer their questions regarding product availability and commodity/service prices, complete order forms, process invoices and receive payments for sales made.
Answer customer questions concerning billing and past purchases.
Processing bills to be paid.
Complete bank deposits.
Receiving incoming products into Tronia as well as conducting audits.
Conduct Tronia maintenance and updates as required.
Filing and organizing paperwork and other data entry as required.
Submitting sales data reports to suppliers for tracking customer rebate programs as well as tracking retailer rebate programs.
Provide support in logistics and fertilizer tracking.
Assist in completing inventory processes and pricing items.
Assisting with safety and regulatory compliance documentation.
Other duties as assigned including but not limited to maintaining a clean and secure facility and ensuring safe access to buildings, such as snow removal.

Who you are: You are looking for a career in Agriculture and: Office Administration Certificate is an asset.
One (1) year of work experience in office clerical work.
Knowledge of Agronomy is considered an asset.
