Our transportation industry client is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to lead the business operations workstream for a Hotel Vendor Replacement Program Join a complex, high-visibility initiative replacing a long-standing hotel vendor deeply integrated into crew management and corporate travel systems.

The role owns end-to-end analysis activity including requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and agile delivery coordination with IT and vendor teams.

This position offers immediate impact across multiple business units such as operations, finance, and technology, under a quick-paced and deadline-driven environment.

MST Must Haves 5+ years in a Business Analyst role managing technology projects and change management initiatives Proficiency facilitating requirements gathering workshops with business and vendor stakeholders Strong process mapping and documentation capabilities using Microsoft Visio and Office Suite Experience managing stakeholder expectations and balancing competing priorities Bachelors degree in a related discipline Nice to Have IIBA certification Previous Airline experience Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies Experience working within Agile development teams Interest in computer systems and emerging technologies Responsibilities Determine project scope and objectives with Program Manager and Sponsor Gather, evaluate, and document business requirements and current/future state processes Collaborate with business and vendor teams to design and document technical and process solutions Support Project Manager in project planning, progress tracking, and reporting Lead stakeholder discussions to resolve bottlenecks and align on decisions Translate business assumptions and risks into technical design and deliver documentation Support systems testing, upgrades, performance, and operational tasks through project execution
