Our financial services client is seeking a Consultant, Change Management (5+ years) to support credit administration and lending operations using change management and process improvement initiatives Join a Credit Processing Services team supporting transformation and operational effectiveness initiatives within lending and credit administration functions.

This role focuses on change management activities, operational support, process improvement, and project planning across Corporate, Commercial & Business Banking operations.

The consultant will provide operational coverage while senior team members support a specialized project requiring deep domain expertise.

The position offers exposure to cross-functional operational initiatives within a complex banking environment.
