Become a part-time Patron Services Supervisor at the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts in Toronto. Support guest experiences through service excellence and event oversight.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and Front of House Manager to ensure patrons receive exceptional service during performances and events. Your leadership will guide the Front of House and Bar/Concessions teams, ensuring smooth operations during busy events.

Flexibility with scheduling is essential, with a commitment of at least 3 shifts a week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver service excellence at all public-facing touch points
- Coach and support Patron Services colleagues




- Handle customer service issues promptly and effectively
- Ensure event spaces are ready and compliant with guidelines
- Conduct end-of-shift reporting and inventory management

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years in hospitality or events roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Experience in cash handling
- Smart Serve and Secure Food Handler certifications
