Fraser Health is looking for a full time Palliative Care Physician based in Surrey, B.C. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team providing essential palliative care services.

As a Palliative Care Physician within Fraser Health, you'll play a key role in delivering Most Responsible Provider (MRP) coverage in the Palliative Complex Care Unit while also providing vital consultation services. This rewarding position allows you to contribute to comprehensive care across various settings, including acute care and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver MRP coverage in the Palliative Complex Care Unit
- Offer consultation to acute and community-based patients
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners and other physicians




- Contribute to the educational mission of the Division of Palliative Care
- Serve a diverse population in a growing city

Requirements:

- Completion of enhanced skills residency and CAC
- Two-year Royal College subspecialty in Palliative Medicine
- Certifications: CCFP (PC), CPSBC Full, FRCPC
- Commitment to integrated healthcare delivery
- Experience in community settings preferred
