The Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor builds long lasting client relationships to drive brand sales and achieve assigned sales targets. The role delivers expert product knowledge, supports merchandising and events, and collaborates with buyers and store management to grow customer loyalty and brand performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary customer service consistently
- Exceed personal and brand sales and service targets
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and retention
- Share expert product knowledge with the store selling team
- Maintain relationships with buyer, vendor, and selling manager
- Drive brand sales through event execution and assortment recommendations
- Attend product and vendor educational sessions and store seminars
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising,
price changes, and sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a commission-based sales environment
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Experience as a product specialist in a luxury retail environment preferred
- Highly collaborative and able to work in a rapid paced, multi tasking environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Entrepreneurial, competitive, self confident, and self motivated
- Fully bilingual in French and English
