This role works closely with store staff, contractors, vendors, and customers to maintain smooth daily operations and a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Guide customers through the purchase process and answer basic product inquiries Promote additional products and services when appropriate Notify appropriate staff of stock shortages or customer concerns Ensure customers leave with all required merchandise and services Administrative Duties Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Maintain working knowledge of the bis
