Adecco is currently hiring a Retail Store Manager for a full-time permanent opportunity in Regina, SK .

In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy, outstanding customer service, and achievement of sales and profitability goals while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Pay Rate: $50,000 - $55,000/year Location: Regina, SK Schedule: Full-Time | Varied Schedule Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Oversee the daily operations of the retail store while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, merchandising, and stock control.

Drive store sales performance and work toward achieving business objectives and profitability targets.

Monitor cash handling procedures, deposits, and basic financial reporting.

Review invoices and maintain accurate operational and administrative records.

Supervise, schedule, coach, and develop retail team members.

Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing employee development.

Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports as required.

Ensure store merchandising standards are maintained to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.





Minimum 2 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

Sell Certification is required or willingness to obtain certification before employment.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Experience with inventory management, cash handling, and basic administrative responsibilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software applications.

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Professional, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Management experience, First Aid certification, and marketing or promotional experience are considered assets.

Experience in the cannabis industry is considered an asset.
