Description: Aston Carter''s large shipbuilding client in North Vancouver is looking for adetail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support data preparation, entry, and reporting functions across our ERP systems.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity and requires robust accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain data records in Oracle Fusion and IFS ERP systems Prepare, clean, and format data prior to entry to ensure accuracy and completeness Run standard and ad hoc reports as requested Verify entered data against source documents to identify and correct discrepancies Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer data Identify and escalate data quality issues or system errors to appropriate personnel Organize and archive physical and digital records/documents Follow established data entry procedures, formats, and quality standards Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets Assist with periodic data audits and reconciliation tasks Perform other clerical/administrative duties as assigned Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 13 years of data entry or administrative experience Large ERP Proficiency (Oracle Fusion and/or IFS ERP experience strongly preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite Strong data entry speed and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice To Have: Controlled Goods Security Clearance Oracle Fusion or IFS ERP experience SOFT SKILLS Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of North Vancouver, BC.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
