Dynamic Work Every day brings something new and excitingno two days are the same! Your Day-to-Day Impact Lead the onboarding process for Mechanics and Rail Yard Transload Operators across the organization.

Send new hire packets, coordinate pre-employment testing, and keep everything on track.

Guide candidates through a seamless, stress-free onboarding experience.

Partner with multiple teams to ensure smooth handoffs and compliance.

Track progress and manage onboarding status in the ATS.

What Were Looking For Experience That Shines 2+ years in onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR admin (bonus if youve worked in transportation/logistics!).

Tech-Savvy & Organized Comfortable managing ATS workflows and juggling multiple priorities.

Great Communicator Professional, clear, and approachable with candidates and internal teams.

Detail-Oriented You never miss a step and thrive under deadlines.

Language Skills Bilingual in English/French is a plus Flexibility: Ability to support other regions when needed; occasional extended hours during busy times.
