Practice Focus General commercial litigation International arbitration Fraud and asset recovery Construction, projects, and environmental litigation Key Responsibilities Manage litigation files independently with minimal supervision Draft pleadings, briefs, and other litigation materials Navigate Alberta court processes, filings, and procedures Develop case strategy and progress files efficiently Represent clients in mediations, discoveries, and court proceedings Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic legal advice Ideal Candidate 510 years of commercial litigation experience Strong familiarity with Alberta court rules and procedures Proven ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines Excellent advocacy, drafting,
