Our financial services client is seeking a Release Train Strategist to coordinate and guide software delivery within credit card payments initiatives - Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 4 days onsite Must Haves 2+ years as a Project Manager , Scrum Master , or Release Train Engineer (RTE) Payments industry delivery experience involving Visa , Mastercard , Interac , Apple Pay , or Google Pay Robust working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end payment processing including authorizations , settlements , and clearing Post-secondary education considered an asset Nice to Have Scrum Master, PMP, or SAFe Agile certifications Previous banking experience Responsibilities Facilitate program increment (PI) planning sessions to align team objectives with business vision Monitor progress across teams to manage interdependencies and maintain release timelines Identify and resolve impediments impacting release schedules or product quality Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to define and prioritize upcoming features Promote cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement within the release train Generate and present key performance metrics to track and optimize delivery outcomes
