Experience leading projects involving integrated networking technologies, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Spatial, MS Fabric, midrange server, enterprise storage, and personal computer system technologies.

Skills Project Management Experience (45%) Formal Project Management training.





Experience leading large, technically complex projects.

Experience identifying issues, risks, setting out project timelines, tracking, managing, and reporting progress.

Experience leading multi-disciplinary projects with IT groups, industry, and business clients.

Communication Experience (30%) Experience resolving conflict.

Experience communicating technical concepts to Client audiences.

Experience negotiating project direction to achieve consensus.

Experience coordinating Business Analysts and stakeholder engagement.

Technical Experience (20%) Experience leading GIS (Esri) based projects e.G., ArcGIS Portal and/or ArcGIS Online.

Experience leading IT Infrastructure modernization and maintenance focused projects.

Experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
