THE ROLE As a harvester, you''ll be responsible for taking down, bucking, and trimming plants both by hand and with equipment; recognizing defects; and completing routine and deep cleaning of equipment and the work area. REQUIREMENTS Transparent Criminal Background Check Clean-shaven and able to wear a respirator Familiar with production line work and basic hand tools Strong manual dexterity skills and attention to detail Able to lift up to 50lbs and work in hot / humid or cool environments, performing repetitive tasks for duration of shift WHAT WE OFFER $17.50/hour + 4% vacation pay with prompt weekly pay through direct deposit Monday to Friday,
