Must Haves 7+ years of project management experience within IT or technology consulting environments Proficiency in defining and maintaining project scope and developing work breakdown structures Ability to manage risk identification and support change management processes with project sponsors Basic understanding of HR systems and related security and data confidentiality considerations University degree or college diploma in Business, Information Technology, Commerce,



or related studies Nice to Have Experience supporting IM/IT strategy optimization within enterprise environments Background in projects emphasizing resource alignment and benefit realization Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to define and maintain a concise and coherent project scope statement Develop and refine a detailed work breakdown structure that aligns with project goals Translate project scope into structured planning documents outlining timeline and resource needs Collaborate with sponsors to assign appropriate resources and escalate capacity gaps when required Determine realistic durations, identify schedule risks, and incorporate them into the project plan Define governance and risk budget mechanisms for managing change throughout project execution Hold team members accountable for delivering on the committed project plan while maintaining focus on scope integrity
