About The RoleDental Practice Lead will support daily operations of the oral surgery group, including planning, execution, compliance, and leadership. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Saturday as needed.Operational Planning & Execution: Build and execute plans to improve daily operations, ensure maximum productivity, operational excellence, and increase organic patient growth.Compliance & Patient Safety: Partner with Compliance, the DC Institute and Human Resources to ensure clinic compliance with provincial health regulation standards; oversee all compliance programs; lead by example to keeppatient safety top priority; work in accordance withhealth and safety policies and procedures.Leadership: Lead, coach and motivate the team; improve productivity, engagement and retention; implement companyprograms,



policies and procedures; support recruitment andinterview dental professionals; manage staffing costs and payroll; oversee accounts receivable process.QualificationsUniversity or College Diploma in business or office administration.3-5 years experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Manager.Experience in supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management.Strong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting.Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.Robust commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards.Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs.Eligibility: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
