Compensation Salary Range: $80,-$,/ year Commissions payments subject to personal performance Annual Performance Incentive Bonus Percentage of base salary subject to personal and company performance The base salary listed is determined by project volume and gross margins combined with industry experience and demonstrated industry relationships.

Managing and Directing Restoration Staff in a supportive team environment during: Disaster remediation efforts, cleaning & packing, rebuilding, and project completion.

What You Bring A minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience in the restoration industry.

Experience with Xactimate A passion for customer service with solid written and verbal communication Be self-motivated and goal oriented Open to working after hours and on weekends Problem solving and priority management skills.

Established trusted connections in the business community is an asset.

Computer skills, youll be working in an MS Office environment.

You have an ongoing commitment to self-development A willingness to travel within Canada to support cross-region Teammates.
