As an Associate Specialist Quotations, you will assist in developing proposals, bids, quotations, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients.

Responsibilities: Prepare quotations and proposals for some larger contractors, ensuring day-to-day inquiries are taken care of Work with tight deadlines.





Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.

Utilize the CAPP DII programs and EECOL University website.

Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, working individually and as a team.

Maintain a high level of service to existing customers and suppliers.

Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures.

Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.

Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with EECOL, including knowledge of Counter Sales, Order Desk and Quotations.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain composure under pressure.

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
