In this role, you will be responsible for the design, evolution, and governance of Service

Now solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives, technology standards, and industry best practices.

Within project environments, you will serve as a technical and strategic advisor to both client teams and delivery teams.

Now platform Demonstrated experience in solution architecture or technical leadership guiding technical teams Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects Ability to work effectively in complex environments Strong collaborative mindset with multidisciplinary teams and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Consulting experience within digital transformation programs is considered an asset Knowledge of Dev

Ops and Agile practices is considered an asset Experience with Generative AI and AI governance is considered an asset Certifications such as Service

Now Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) (ITSM, Discovery, ITOM, Sec

Ops, HRSD),



and/or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) will be considered a significant asset Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written Location: Drummondville Work mode: Hybrid CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role.

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications.

Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 80 $ et $.
