Senior SAP ATR (Acquire-to-Retire) Data Conversion Consultant 2 months contract Position Overview This is a senior-level consulting opportunity tailored for a subject matter expert who thrives in complex, large-scale ERP transformations and possesses deep technical and functional knowledge of the fixed asset lifecycle.

Required Experience & Qualifications 10+ Years of SAP Experience: Proven track record of delivering successful SAP initiatives. ECC to S/4HANA Migration Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience navigating the complexities of transitioning fixed assets data from legacy ECC environments to S/4HANA.

Advanced Data Conversion & Migration Skills: Solid background in establishing data mapping rules, executing conversions, and validating heavy data loads.

Practical experience supporting critical S/4HANA migration activities, including data validation, reconciliation, and cutover execution.

Functional & Process SME Expertise: Deep functional understanding of end-to-end Acquire-to-Retire (ATR) processes and the financial/operational stages of the fixed asset lifecycle.





Ability to act as the primary ATR data Subject Matter Expert (SME) within complex SAP transformation programs.

Data Modeling & Architecture: Proven experience defining, designing, and structuring ATR-related data models, hierarchies, and enterprise-aligned data objects.

Experience translating functional requirements into clear data definitions and mapping rules that align with the broader finance transformation roadmap.

Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer: Strong track record of collaborating with ATR process owners, finance stakeholders, and IT technical teams.

Experience providing structured guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to internal project team members.

Preferred Qualifications Oil & Gas Industry Expertise: Prior experience navigating the specific accounting standards and asset structures unique to the energy sector.

Large-Scale ERP Implementations: Experience operating within massive, multi-phase enterprise transformation programs.
