We are currently seeking an Office Clerk to join our The Pas, MB Terminal.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Enters bills and invoices into the software system
- Minimum bills entered per hour 40
- Maximum error rate 2%
- Scans pro bills into the Accordex imaging system
- Reviews and verify incoming bills
- Participate in cross-training for other departmental functions
- Pick up verification on incoming bills
- Practices safe work initiatives
- Partakes in team activities
- Support the billing team in daily operations





Qualifications

Completion of High School, with a minimum typing speed of 50-70 words per minute, accurately. Solid multi-tasking and organizational skills, with previous data entry experience preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft office and computer skills. Knowledge of the transportation industry is considered an asset.
